AIR TICKETING & HOTEL BOOKING PERSONNEL
The purpose of the Air Ticketing and Hotel Booking Assistant, is to give support to the HR Team to accurately process the air tickets & hotel booking. To report and confirm services, answer calls regarding documents, correspond with co-workers in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
Major areas of responsibility include:
  1. Maintain accurate and updated air contracts
  2. Efficiently and accurately issue air tickets
  3. Provide excellent support and information to all company personnel
  4. Accurately handle the refunds and exchanges.
  5. Manage ticketed PNR’s in order to avoid penalties
  6. Process requests and confirmations for hotel bookings
  7. Quality control of final documentation
  8. Other tasks assigned by HR Head.
